Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Delivery Timelines
We currently ship only within India. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary for remote or rural pin codes.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above Rs.2000
- A flat shipping fee of Rs 150 applies to orders below this amount
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its progress.
Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur — we'll keep you updated if this happens.
Undeliverable/Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
