Shipping policy
Order Processing
Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
Delivery Timelines
We deliver across India. Estimated delivery from dispatch: Kerala: 2–3 business days; Tamil Nadu: 3–5 business days; rest of India (including Karnataka and Telangana): 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary for remote or rural pin codes.
Shipping Charges
- Rest of India, including Tamil Nadu, Karnataka and Telangana: ₹100 for orders below ₹2,000; free shipping from ₹2,000.
- Kerala: ₹100 up to ₹1,000; ₹40 from ₹1,000.01 to ₹1,999; free from ₹1,999.01.
- Rates are based on the order total after discounts. Final shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Christmas Pre-booking
Christmas pre-booking products ship free across India. Their expected delivery date is shown on each product page and in the order details. When regular products and pre-booking products are ordered together, regular-product shipping rates may apply; checkout shows the final charge. A delivery address and phone number are required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow its progress.
Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to weather, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur — we'll keep you updated if this happens.
Undeliverable/Failed Delivery
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
